Don't think I'll beat Jason in an arm wrestling match... so I'm going to use the "I called it first" excuse and whine a little bit and hope that is enough to secure the convertible for myself. Let's hope for sunshine!

Wow, great attendance numbers so far. I'm starting to get really excited! Weather is looking nice too!

I have asked the news networks of the Metro area pitching the story idea about coming to our Rally. We'll see if any of them decide to take the bait.

Maybe a printable PDF flyer to post at area shops and a hand out might be a good idea cause a lot of folks ask me about these rally events.

We start at Wagner's Drive In located at:

3712 Quebec Ave. S., Saint Louis Park, MN 55426
(Basically the south frontage road of Hwy. 7 between Texas Avenue to the west and Louisiana Avenue to the east - you can get there from either direction no problem).

We will proceed after meeting, greeting, and eating to a "cruise around the lakes." We will go about 1/2 way round Lake Calhoun then cut over to Lake Harriet and drive the circle around - ending back at the Bandshell in time for the 2 pm jazz concert for those interested.

There are a couple nice large parking lots right near Wagner's for the photo opp lineup - although no 'high overview' spot for the through-the-roof shot.

Slime...what exactly do you mean a flyer? Do you want one that describes the chapter and our rally's or a flyer about our 2nd Rally? I can make one up before the Rally if I can fine enough time.

I'm torn everyone... I was really looking forward to this. But now I have to "work from home" this weekend... It really depends on how Saturday goes I guess... I'm totally bummed but hopefully I'll still be there!!!
