I just used Downtowner for the first time yesterday. Everything went smoothly and they did a pretty good job.

I would not reccommend Bobby and Steve's at 494 and France Ave. We went to the smart rally a few weeks ago, went in for gas and a wash, the garage door at the car wash came down on the front of my car severely scratching the hood, bumper, grille and right front fender. The car at the time had 1590 miles on the odometer. The attendant and the manager apologized and gave me a number to call on the following Monday. I called for nearly a week and got nowhere with Steve. I turned it over to my insurance company, paid the deductable, had the car repaired. My insurance company contacted Steve, of Bobby and Steve's, and was told they did not have insurance to cover the damage and they themselves would not pay for the damage. I would not patronize this business, especially since I understand they are promoting themselves as a dealer for installing the Area 451 cruise controls. I would have to question whether they would stand behind there work. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and integrity displayed by this company.

Wow, I thought Steve's business was a all positive. I haven't heard anything like this. I think they should have paid for it, especially all of the money they make on the 451 installs. That's bogus, sorry to hear.
