Who will install my stereo?

Hi everyone-

Last week at the Meet, I took a peek into everyone's car and did not see anyone with an after-market radio. Everyone seems to be carrying stock.

I've decided to follow the lead of some other Smart owners on this forum and upgrade my stereo and speakers. I have everything ordered:

Pioneer 8000 double din deck
Harness
Kit
2-6 1/2" Infinity
2-4 1/2" Infinity
Amp
XM box
Existing sub underneath drivers seat

Now I need to know who can do the job. I know I can't/won't. I thought about Ultimate Electronics. I have to call them next week for a quote. Does anyone know of any other reputable shop that can work on this car?

Thx

Have a Pure so started with no Radio. I went with a Alpine CDE-9874 single din as I wanted to keep the storage space. A VW harness works fine as long as you re-pin the power leads. So easy I did it myself... BTW the hole is HUGE no worry about fitting any radio. Used the pre-installed door speakers (good enough for now) Stock radio would have been $350 vrs $160 DIY for much better radio.

Ultimate quoted me $50 for the speaker install. I did it in 1.5 hrs. I have Sirius in mine, and it works well.
