Any Indiana Brabus'???

anyone take them up on the offer to order the 'Brabus' Edition smart? since i had one reserved one just last month in hopes of getting a 2010 "EV", they contacted me.

I TOOK THEM UP ON IT! 'if' i get selected, then i WILL cancel my White/Black Passion and wait for the Silver/Silver Brabus. the extra wait time will GREATLY help me. still haven't unloaded either the Jeep or the Toyota.

so anyway, anyone else here in Indiana put their name on the list for a Brabus????

IF you're selected for the Brabus, you will NOT have to cancel your reso, they do it for you automatically!

sorry, the Jeep is a 2007 Compass 4x4 Sport. got rid of an 06 Wrangler Unlimited to get THAT. go figure......

i understand the reservation for the "EV" (?) will be automatically changed to the Brabus, or cancelled if you will, should i be accepted. BUT the reservation i was talking about cancelling was the one that i've already 'confirmed' and has a DDE of "February-April 2009". THAT is the White/Black Passion. the other one, that will be come a Brabus (), was a reservation only placed on September 16 2009, just about 45 days ago.

make sense now???

i posted this the Brabus Configuration thread, but thought i would post it here too. got this reply from smartUSA today:

"Dear Smart Enthusiast, By the end of today (11/17/08) an email will be sent out to customers informing them as to whether or not they will be receiving the BRABUS model. maybe i'll know tomorrow if i can get a Brabus or not. just like TNT, it's all about DRAMA!!!!!

APPARENTLY smartUSA is on a completely different CALENDAR than i am.....on MY calendar 11/17/08 was YESTERDAY and NO EMAIL from smartUSA about the Brabus AT ALL!!!!!

.....and to think i jumped up out of bed at 5am only to find NO FRIGGIN EMAIL!!!

oh well, i wake up at 5am weekdays anyway, i just usually hit the 'snooze' 2 or 3 times before i get up.......
