Indiana Smarties!

I'm probably overlooking it somewhere on here, but I've been looking for a few days and can't find a thread specifically for Indiana Smarties.

I want to know who all out there is from Indiana and from what part!

I'm from a small town in northern Indiana named Argos (near Plymouth). It's about 130 miles north of Indy on 31, 30 miles south of South Bend on 31, or 75 miles west of Fort Wayne on 30!

My baby is white with a black tridon cell and black interior. His name is Einstein and I am head over heels in love with him!

Hope to hear from you all soon!

Macy

South Bend checking in here. Don't have my Smart yet but love hearing from those that do. Did you get Einstein thru the Reservation program or adoption?

Northside of Indy here! just about 10-15 minutes from the smart center of indianapolis! (i love just driving by, checking out all the smarts on the lot)

don't have ours yet......and 'if' we go through the 'process', we WON'T have one until Sept-Nov 2009 (DDE). who knows, maybe an orphan will be left on our doorsteps?

as for an "Indiana Smarties" section, i was trying to get the MODERATOR to start one, since we appear to be quite active and many on this forum, but no luck as of yet. maybe this thread will help? ARE YA READING, MR MODERATOR PERSON????? HINT, HINT!!!

Valparaiso, IN. We have a Blue/Black Cabrio. Named ours The TARDIS - gotta be a total geek to understand that. We are on an Orphan list for a 2nd and our daughter has reserved one for next summer for college. The little car has been nothing less than a wonderful addition to the family. Congrats on your addition!

Michigan City - Westville here. Will have my Yellow/Black passion mid July.

There is also another Yellow/Black Passion up in the dunes area, a Black/Silver Passion in Chesterton and a Blue/Black Passion in Merrillville that I know of.

....forgot to mention. while i've not configured yet, my choice of color combinations are (at this time anyway) White with Silver Cell and Red (?) Interior. now just have to decide on a Passion Coupe or a Cabriolet......

:)

I'm so happy to hear from you all and thank you for the warm welcome! I got Einstein through reservation, I didn't even know about an orphan list until I heard from another smartie-hopeful in my area after I'd picked Einstein up. I knew in complete certainty that I was going to get him, I swear we have ESP. I even have a little story typed up from how I first discovered the brand until now. All I have left to do is to figure out how I'm going to turn it into a mini book.

I've always had an affection for cars, I get that from my dad, but I never thought I'd fall head over heels in love with one!
