No, I think he meant Miami. That's where Baltimore stole the the Colts from.

Then, when the City of Baltimore no longer supported the Colts, they left for Indy. After they whinned and belly ached about Indy 'stealing' their team, they stole the one from Cleveland.

The City of Baltimore....now THERE'S a 'class act' for ya. Our Mayor and theirs made a bet. We win and they don't hold up their end of the deal.

Nice.....no wonder the Colts left MD.
