I'm in Northern Indiana, but I was thinking that we could all meet up around I65 and US30 in Merrillville...not sure where yet though
what routes are you guys taking? I am thinking about avoiding Chicago. There's always I65 up to Chicago, but I believe Jetfuel mentioned getting over to I39 in Illinois and taking that up to just west of Chicago. Google says I74 to I39 is pretty close to the same time as I65. I also saw a route taking I65 to 24 over to 39, but Google says it could take an hour extra.
I highly recomend I 39.It used to save me time when I was going from IU to Here back in the early 90's even before I39 was finished and Chicago Suburbs were smaller.
