Didn't complete, too many of the questions do not apply to me since they require the respondent to have a "spouse (or significant other)" ... dang survey wants to make me feel like a freak for being single.
Its for her Biostatistics class. She said the questions with asterisks are required, but some sensitive ones are not. And there are no cookies for it. She just needs a bunch of the numbers to analyze and write a paper about.

No problem, did it. It seems like it is asking me if I am unemployed. Hehe. Like it is going to see how many have lost their jobs and or don't have healthcare, or if due to lack of job you started drinking more and doing drugs.
