2.0 Transmission upgrade done, will test it today weather permitting.
Temperature should be in the lower to mid 80's.
20-30% chance of rain.

If it rains dont use the slicks.. it will screw up your times... too much wheel spin... you'll just light the tires up.... LOL

I vote for head gear option number four, the others I don't like, especially #2
2.0 Upgrade had no effect on performance, the temperatures where higher at 6 pm. temp. sensor read 82F, by 8:30 pm. it had come down to 76F and the best run came last.
Again Auto mode worked better for better times.
60' ft 2.793
330' ft 8.158
1/8 12.659
MPH 54.64
1000' 16.492
1/4 19.706
MPH 68.69

So just as I thought no difference, it may shift a little quicker at lower RPM's but full throttle shifts above 6000 RPM show no noticeable difference in performance.
Things I would like to try in the future:

-50 cent intake mod.
-Custom fabricated intake.
-Air scoop.
-My own muffler.
-Cleaned up exhaust manifold.
-Removing all the stuff from the car and running on less than a gallon of fuel for weight savings.

-50 cent intake mod.= more noise, maybe slight improvement at top end

-Custom fabricated intake.=stock will flow as much air as you can use, and will be cold

-Air scoop.=Added top speed for me on my big hill pull test by keeping intake air cooler so engine timing stays advanced

-My own muffler.=on my 5th one now, they keep getting better (see pic in avatar of full long tube header to be installed as soon as I am done with 4th gen motor mount.)

-Cleaned up exhaust manifold.=Surprisingly great result, more on top and bottom end. just took CAT off and ground out ports in ex manifold for flow.

Removing all the stuff from the car and running on less than a gallon of fuel for weight savings.= will get you a bunch. power to weight is key.

I want to use the stock air box, connecting it to the throttle with smoother bends, I think the bends are too sharp and want to build a tube with wider radius bends.
There is one available made of silicone but I wonder why they bothered to build it with the same sharp radius bends.

If there were no sharp bends, wouldn't it tend not to resonate? It's a resonator, after all, isn't it?

This is the new intake tube I'm building, it's designed to work with the stock air box.
