Very cool.

In my office building there are a total of three smarts but because it is a tower, there are no corner spots in the middle such as yours where side parking could be accomplished.

Im sure their are lots of spots in parking spots around the country that untill now were just to small to safely fit another car. Places that may be 1/2 filled with a pole or something like that. By opening up these unusued spots and charging 1/2 price, they now have have more income. It just makes good biz sense

And if they are fitting 3 smarts in the space of 1 suv, they are comming out ahead

$99 / month is "significantly" < 1/2 price in this market. motorcycle rates are higher than that here.
