Anyone using a Smart for Geocaching?

Right now we use a Dodge Durango for Geocaching and it really burns through the gas! So the Smart will be our new Geo-mobile so to speak! Anyone else using it for caching?

bout three years ago, when i was shopping and purchasing my garmin gps, i was getting hits on the various web searchs on something called 'geocaching'. I've yet to try it, and yes, the fortwo would be a great fit, i can see it.

OK...somebody had to do this..... Geocaching is a treasure hunting game where you use a GPS to hide and seek containers with other participants in the activity.

No, pretty much the same thing. It's just like leaving your Geo Metro standing around in odd places, hoping somebody steals it.

I, for one, am definitely going to use my smart for geocaching. Better mileage than my Ford Explorer. I have over 1,000 finds right now. Going to Vegas Monday - Wednesday for more "caching".
Goecaching: "Where you are the search engine".
"Geo" as in geography. "Caching" as in hiding a container of "supplies". Treasure in this case. Well, mostly Mcdonalds type toys. It is the hunt that is the fun.
