My Handycam can record in 5.1 channel

But, it won't fit in a shirt pocket. BTW, that's not a Handycam, it's a Zoom Q3 Handy Video Recorder. Not bad for stealthy recordings though. Maybe for making a pirate video of that next concert you attend.

This gizmo probably does do a good job on its audio track!
