I've got WIN 7 Home Premium running on a relatively new ASUS EeePC (32 bit) and a 3 year-old Gateway desktop (64 bit). So far no compatibilty problems and I've got an older HP Laserjet printer and a positively ancient Canon scanner connected to the desktop. All I had to do was to retrieve the drivers from the manufacturers' web sites.
