I agree Mine was at 3/20 to 6/18 now ( Changes every Wed. ) Now at 3/17 to 6/14. Easton sends me a mail every sunday last sunday it was 4/19 I expect it to be 4/16

Mine has held at 2/7 to 5/8 for the past two weeks or so. So far, very poor communication from the Cincy dealer. The only time I get any information from them is when I call them myself. I was told I would be notified when my car was in the process of being built, 30 day notice (well past that now), and when it's shipped. So far, nothing. I had to call them to see if I should be getting a 30 day notice soon and that was over a week ago. Perhaps it's just me, but they don't seem to be on top of things. I wonder if it's too late to switch to Easton. My cars expected to be here march 11th.

It is harder. I couldn't take it any more! I was afraid that the car would arrive in the middle of a very hectic schedule during spring semester. So I went orphan shopping at the Bedford smart Center.

My first day on the roads of Akron and surrounding areas was Saturday. Once I started driving it, I didn't want to stop!

Reserved 7/12/2008, got configuration email a couple weeks ago, called and requested deposit refund tonight, 2/23/2009. Delivery was going to be too soon as it was progressing. No questions asked. The lady was ready to let me go before I asked her, if she didn't want to know why I was canceling. I thought they'd at least ask.

EDIT: Oh, she did say it was unusual for someone to request a refund due to delivery being too soon.

As expected 4/19 from Sunday E-mail. Easton is great so far. I would not try to change delivery if truly march 11 DDE. You can just go to Easton for all your service. I am sure they would not mind. Megan/John/ or Keven have all returned my calls or looked into my questions with in 24 hr. I am truly confident and expect a great experience when the car Finlay gets here.

I have yet to hear anything from Bedford. I guess I should go and stop by, as it is only a couple of miles from where I work. But I guess I can plan on mine coming the same time as SmartDigger, as we have had everything else occur at the same time.

SmartOSUSkater... you might want to go to the smartcenterbedford.com site... Look under inventory. They show 29 vehicles in stock. One of them may match your order or be close enough to satisfy you..rather than waiting for your order to come in. Just my .02

I was notified on Wednesday, 2/25/09, that I could configure. I did so AND changed my "Zippi" to metalic blue

I just talked with Jon, at Easton Smart just a few moments ago and he said it can be 3 - 5 months before it's here. He said that for some reason there is a lag happening after the configuration. That's alright by me, I'd originally planned on Zippi arriving late summer.

Stopped by Bedford this week. I don't know how they have so much information down in Easton, because they couldn't tell me anything more up here at Bedford. I did see that they had a bunch of cars on the lot. I have never seen that many there. Your idea of getting one immdiately was tempting Russ, however, the car that was closest to the one I wanted was no longer on the lot. Instead, I told myself to be patient and not look at them. The exact car that I want will be here soon enough, no need to settle at this point.

That is the same way I feel. Easton sent me a E-mail saying they will soon get 7 smarts and I am first in line on the orphan list. I might go down sat 28th. My car is due here in 47 days so, why settle now?
