Post smart april fool's Amish cruise

First I would like to say that Deb and I had a wonderful time on the cruise. Saw some old friends and met some new ones. We lost a couple of cars along the way, but all in all I think it went well. Secondly I would like to thank John for setting things up, mapping, and coordinating the cruise. Wonderful job. I will be developing the pictures..... Yeah, I know, I still use film...and then I will post them if they turned out. Weather ended up cooperating and we didn't hit any buggies. The food stops were good and just an all around pleasure meeting and being with all of you.
Russ

Oh, and sorry for leaving so abruptly, but we needed to get back home.

Agreed on all points. I haven't found any posted pictures yet and don't quite know where we want to put them so I'm going to put a select group of mine in the Gallery under SCOA Ohio Meets.

Late in getting to this but a big thank you to everyone for turning out and being flexible along the way - I don't think our GPSs were up to speed with some of the back roads. Also, my apologies to John & Donna for taking off without you on Saturday morning; no excuse and I'm glad you caught up with us at the restaurant. We all owe a big round of applause to the Farmstead Restaurant for setting up the room and for the parking space, and to Tom and Ruth for getting there early to check things out and for their help with the route. This was a true group effort and would not have been as successful without everyone's participation and enthusiasm. Kudos to our friends from Georgia and W. Virginia for joining the Ohio crowd and to the folks from Akron and Cleveland who made quite a drive to be part of the cruise. And last, it would be great to find out who was driving the yellow smart that passed the convoy as it was heading out of Charm; they were the unofficial "19th car."

John, All I know is that their license plate was MINUTE. I don't know if that stood for half a minute or minute as in tiny. I was kind of hoping they would have picked up with us.

I'll add Mega Kudo's to John for an outstanding job of putting this together! Thanks to all who participated. Mary and I enjoyed meeting all of you (those that we did), and look forward to meeting those whom we didn't. John. Again, thank you for your supervision and leadership in this adventure. Let's do something like this again!!

OK John, or anyone else who can help. I know I have asked this before but I am trying to figure out how to download the pictures of the cruise but I can't figure this out. Anyone help me out here?

What a fun day. We had a great time. Thank you everyone for making it such a fun experience!
We are having difficulty with adding pictures too. Maybe someone with computer expertise can give us a quick "how to".

Adding photos

Here's the official info: http://www.smartcarofamerica.com/for...-threads-6576/

You can choose whether to put the photos into your SCOA gallery or to host them on another site (Photobucket, etc.) and then paste each photo's IMG link into a post on these forums. Hope this helps.

Or you can upload them here:

Use the upload option in the menu bar above the pictures.
