Post smart april fool's Amish cruise

I ditto all the thanks to jwight and the many others that made the event successful! I know that there's always a lot more that goes into these things than may be apparent when you're just a participant. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves and appreciate the warm welcome from our Buckeye neighbors.

Speaking of yellow smarts... We passed a yellow one going south (coupe I believe) as we were going north on 77 (probably between Cambridge and exit 87) and also on the way back south (they were going north this time) in about the same spot. The driver and passenger waved both times and we waved back. If you're on here and it was the same car, we were the red/black smart going the other way.

Dave the Roadapple (Dave and Ava) just posted on smart USA insider they were the yellow car passing everyone one else going into Charm. They had a flat just after leaving Columbus and had to go back to the dealer after fixing the tire. Took most of the day to get new tire onto the car (?) and they manged to catch up just at the end, so decided to continue into Charm and have dinner.

Sorry we missed you guys but glad you got the problem solved and the car back on the road.

I had a great time and was glad I could join y'all.

Made it back home to Georgia at 03:30 PM Monday (stopped to see my Mom again Sunday).

I had 1,480 miles of trouble free Miles and Smiles.

I just wanted to say hello. My wife & I saw you folks as we were leaving Walnut Creek headed toward Trail. You guys looked like you were having big fun. We were in the blue MINI Cooper that passed by going the other way. Our day trip was a layout of a tour we are putting on for the Mid Ohio Motoring MINI group.

We got one picture as we passed. Enjoy!

John, I am so frustrated here because I am still unable to upload the pictures. I am thinking of sending the disc to you and asking you to do it. I have tried both my and Deb's laptops without success.:angrymou th:and any other emotions I can come up with.
