A Cabrio sold for $24,000 at the dealership. Why wait a year or longer, some dealerships say cars reserved today will take 18 to 22 months!
I have a smart on order, configured the way I want it, due Sept. - Nov. of 08. Wife says sell hers as she wants a 4 door (Yaris or Fit) with a backseat for the kids for her personal car.
We both love the smart car, but my wife wants to be practical and have an economy car that she can take the 2 kids with her. Our van will do that, but at 12-13 mpg's city and 22-23 mpg's hwy, we only use it for family vacations, shopping, outings and moving big items.
