OK folks, in SC insurance covers glass 100%. My question is whether insurance will also cover the rain sensor and labor associated with it.... Anybody have any experience with this type of situation?
I have full coverage with State Farm, but that shouldn't make any difference.

I have an Outback with a heating unit in the front windshield; when it was cracked, State Farm paid for the full replacement.
OK, I guess I will have an answer sometime today. I called my agent and left her stammering. She had no idea whether the sensor is covered and not sure who to call to get the info, but is working on it nonetheless.
I will post my findings as soon as I have something.
