I would like to personally thank Ken Worth, and the great staff of Smart of South charlotte for hosting the Meet. For the one's that did show up it was great fun and a pleasure to meet such nice people. We had plenty to talk about and check out a 450 Smart that one of members brought. The trip up to Shatley was perfect!! Weather was great and the food wonderful!! Had a great time with Rita and her dog Chase, Bill and his wife Mary, Kevin and his wife Shannon. Thanks Rita for SMART Car cookies you baked. Sorry for the ones that missed the meet and the road trip. Maybe next time

Joel, you also did a great job getting all this organized. I'll work on the cookie and icing recipe while the next meet gets organized. I loved the drive and will post the video clips after I find my cable...My gas mileage was awesome and I hit 50 mpg on this trip. I didn't eat the rest of that day either!!!!!

Many thanks for the cookie's. The trip was one of the most scenic, from Charlotte. Will try to plan a trip more local, so we might have a better turn out!! I know that the Labor Day weekend was a poor choice for most. But we did have a great road trip!! Will post the next trip for the fall.

Great trip, need to work on it!! Got toget our Smarties in the Carolina's to go for it!! Will look into a week end deal.

Just got Hanna's outer bands and some wind. Other wise a fine day At CLT!!! Nice to hear from you.
