Okay, we had two other threads going (and they have been quiet for a while) about the Oct 25th meet 'n greet and trip to the Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens. I have seen a number of drop-outs (other commitments, etc).
Are we still doing this, and if so, who is going?

Looking forward to hearing from everyone!

Was just waiting to see if I was going alone? Thanks for speaking up. I did change my day off work for this event, was hoping for members to show up. Will see who posts that will go, and find a good start place to meet.

Hate to post that we can't be there but I feel we need to let you know that we still are reading the forum and still want to go on road trips.

We are going to the Balloon Festival with our photo club. Will try to make the next one.

Hello to those how answered this post for the trip. Due to the conflicts most members have as to where to go on that date, I will postpone this event. Sorry, but it seems there are other events members would rather be at. Again it seems to be the wrong time for most!! Sorry!!

Getting the word out and keeping the interest going has been challenging. I don't give up too easy.

Joel, you gave it your best shot and I appreciate you!

I've never been in an organizing role of this type but I'll help where I can to make another effort in the spring.

I'll send an email to the original crew from the 1st Meet and Greet and let them know this was canceled due to only a few interested.

I'm not sure what the next step is, but I'm wanting to see us succeed.
