Ideas official (GA) Smart Meet

Hey guys...lets get some ideas and the ball rolling for planning a future GA meet for Ga smarts only.
We are one of the only few states who don't have meet pics posted in the Gallery.
Please everybody throw in your ideas..

When would you like to meet?
Where?
Do you want it to be at a resturant, Smart Center Buckhead, Park, etc?
Or just anything that comes to mind.

How about mid Aug? Weekday evening or Sat afternoon?

I think it'd be fun to meet up in town somewhere on a Saturday morning and buzz up 400 (in a convoy-type situation) to someplace like Vickery (Welcome to the Vickery) which has a cool picturesque downtown plaza with a variety of restaurants and other options. We would definitely be the talk of the town, not to mention all the other people that pass our convoy (although we would probably need at least 5 confirmed cars to make it compelling).

It's about 35 miles each way from downtown, 24 miles each way from Perimeter Mall -- either way, less than two gallons of gas round-trip...

i'm in. i think the bbq idea at a park that was thrown around a while back was a nice one.

For my smart to be there - it would have to be 8/11 or after! I still feel like the only one in Buckhead/Midtown - seen a blue/black cabrio, and another silver/silver cabrio - Dealer has delivered 300 so far - must be a few still close to the mother ship!

I was thinking that we could do a drive-in.....literally

The Starlight Drive-in Movie Theater might be a great place to meet. We could tailgate and watch a good flick.

I work mon-thur nights so any get together would have to be on a weekend for me

If it's at Vickery I will be there, it's a great place.
