Official EPA-estimated fuel economy figures for the new ForTwo are not yet available, but the current gasoline-powered European version gets about 40 miles per gallon, according to DaimlerChrysler. It requires premium gas.

The redesigned ForTwo has not yet been crash-tested by U.S. auto safety regulators.

The fuel efficiency of the Smart car is an incredible 40 miles per gallon.  And you can park it almost anywhere, even in the smallest parking spaces.
