Is it set in stone that you want 15"s in the front and 17"s in the back? The reason why I ask is that I have a full set of Brabus 15" monoblocks that I'd like to get rid of. I'll also have a set of 17" genius Newton in matte black I would like to part with.

Bear in mind the ABS will throw you into limp mode if the tire diameter is not within 3 percent height diameter wise front to rear. No bigs n littles.

Remember, the US spec Brabus in 2009 came with 15"-17" staggered wheels as standard equipment. Although, the front tires were very close to the overall circumference of the rear tires. If the op follows the 3% rule, he should be ok.

blah, blah, blah... my ABS been AWOL for 5 years, don't miss it a second, i ran 155/60-15 and 185/60-15 snows last year. 22.2 and 24.0 diameters respectively. didn't run them this year due to open heart surgery in Sept, gotta haul them 32 pound wheels and tires up/down 4 flights of stairs.

everyone, do yourself a favor and pull fuse #11 in your 451, unless you live in elk country LOL.

I am aware of that and the tires i found have a 2.2% diameter diference! has to be 225/35R17 (23.2" diameter) for the rear tires and 195/50R15 (22.7" diameter) for the front. Thank you for the advice

Besides that, I have another concern. Is there rubbing issues with those big sizes? because the car has something very similar to the OEM diameter, but the width is way increased.

i've been running 195/50R15's for 6 years, never an issue, just moved up to 185/60R15's (22.7 vs 23.4) with no issues.

225/35/17 is the size recommended by Genius for the rear wheel of their 17" series, so you should be fine with those.
