2005 (450) Smart Car (Rear Wheel Bearing)

Can anyone tell me for certain if the Rear Wheel Bearing Assemblies are the same from a 450 to a 451?
Kind a need to know real soon.
Thank You, Sykes

Just FYI: 450 Rear Wheel Bearings are all alone, Anything Else from 451 on up are by themselves.
I had to learn the hard way. Had to get them from overseas. Also Costly.

Hi Stretch, I initially got a pair from rock auto and realized they weren't it. So then I ordered them from 123_autoparts and they were the same as the rock auto ones (Duras) and I assure you they do not fit. The mechanic showed me that the 450 had finer splines and the axles wouldn't fit and the Duras from rock auto and that other place had course splines. we got them through a MB/Smart Car Dealership which they had to be ordered and came from Germany. Even the Canadian Smart folks will concur.
I do have question for you though. I use larger tires on my car on all fours. But when I go into a sharp curve or turn, the front wheel whose side on the side of the turn starts to brake making it not safe as it brakes and skips until you come out of the turn. I thought about disconnecting the wire sensors at the front wheels. I also commonly inflate my tires to a high pressure. So last night I brought them down to the 29psi on all fours, but didn't get a chance to try it out. I thought it may help. Any suggestions?
Thank You

My 450 never had that issue even with the bigger wheels and tires. Sold it before these problems started to come up.
I really don't have any suggestions.

I found this company. They have the widest selection of 450 parts I have ever come across. I've had pretty good sucess with them but the parts do take about a month to get here. T
