door locks won't work (bad fuse)

2008 passion for two. Both remotes will not unlock passenger door or gas cap. Central locking button also will not do same and only unlock central button works. Both remotes have good batteries? Sounds like central locking close button needs to be replaced? Anyone experience anything like this. Driver's door is unlocked but won't lock.

Same thing occurred last week in my smart car. I replaced the blown fuse and it started working again.
