smart sales figures

From rttnews.com:

Quote:
In April, Daimler sold 22,954 Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles in the U.S. Since smart car sales did not start until mid-January this year, there are no comparison numbers for April 2007. Sales of Mercedes-Benz slipped 3% to 20,271 units, while sales of smart totaled 2,683.
Good news I guess; anyone know the Jan, Feb and Mar numbers?

Updated per JPaul:

Quote:
3,476 cars through March
2,683 cars in April
6,159 Total so far.

really nice to see the ramp up although I'm sure those still waiting would want them to ramp up even quicker!

They're saying those numbers are for Daimler, which includes M-B and smart sales. So I guess the argument can continue if people want it to.
