Slightly bent wheel: advice?

I noticed a slight flaw on one of my rear wheels. No wobble at any speed. I've heard stories about repairing a bent wheel by whacking it back into shape. I am not terribly concerned, as long as it isnt a ticking time bomb of death. I got a spare in the back. I am inclined to just leave it as-is. Any advice out there?

Garage
Have a local tire shop take a look at it. If they on't repair them, they will have the name of someone who can.

As long as the bead stays sealed and it's in balance, leave it alone. Aluminum wheels can be fixed, but it ain't cheap.

I've had alloy wheels straighten. 100-150 buck or more. Those might be a lot more. They been powder coated black. Mine were polish aluminum. Straighten and polished out. Any auto dealer, can advise you a wheel service. They can even fix the repair, at you home, or work.

We had one damage, just like yours. Went to smart madness, bought a used take off replacement, from them. Same cost.

Bent wheels get pushed into shape, not whacked. If there is no vibration I would leave it as is.

I agree, I have one wheel bent like that (or worse), no issues at all.
