winter storage of Electric Drive?

I live in New England and need to store my 2015 smart fortwo electric drive for approximately 6 months. It will be stored in a climate controlled garage. Do I try to put it up on blocks? Should I store it fully charged? Does it make a difference? I'm reluctant to leave anything plugged in while I'm gone. I'm new to this thing.

I have two garage queen smarts that don't move during winter. I just inflate their tyres to slightly above normal pressure (but still under max). I haven't had any issues doing it this way. No flat spots, no cracking, and no suspension sag.

I don't own an ED, so I can't say what you should do with the HV. That said, apparently if the 12V battery is dead or removed for long enough, the HV may brick itself. So leave the 12V connected to the car and put a tender on it.

Lithium chemistry batteries store best sowewhere around 50-70% charge so I would get the HV battery into that range, put a battery tender on the 12 volt battery, and have a great time spending the winters in a warmer place.

Since they've got your questions pretty well-covered: I'll just add, "Welcome to the Forum!"
