Whoa -- You have a WHITE Brabus?
I thought you could only get black or silver.
Also, I thought I read that you couldn't get panels for the Brabus yet.

Only one person family wise was against me getting it (thought unsafe no matter what I said).. Everyone else wants one too. Friends loved it, mostly. Showing some concern for saftey. It shows that they love you!
I have an 05 Chevy Impala, love that car too. Not horrible on gas and has more room than I have ever used. Although I must admit I've been neglecting it lately. Getting in and driving it after the smart for awhile is a strange feeling indeed.

My husband and I both ride motorcycles. We have many friends that do as well. It is most of those friends that say they wouldn't drive it because of safety. How funny is that. I simply tell them that anybody that is willing to take the risk of getting on a motorcycle cannot judge any other vehicle on safety. Then I tell them how safe it really is.

I got a harley rider on that one. He asked if I felt safe driving the smart, I returned the same question on his bike. I got him

oops

The Brabus I have is silver not white. My Bad . I have been looking at it all day too. I'm a little disoriented today sorry. When you speak of people saying stuff about safety it's funny because they are real safe. There was a guy at the gas station the other day that said. "I would hate to get hit by a semi in that" I had to laugh becuase i'm pretty sure he would hate to get hit by a semi in anything.

I've never been asked about the semi, but I already have that answer planned.
The question I get from everyone is how it handles on the highway.
If this car wasn't safe, I wouldn't have gotten it. Being a safe driver has a bit to do with it, too. No road rage here. No tickets or accidents. Just the occasional bad mood that reduces my gas mileage...

Andy, I popped in for a quick ello while putting an order in for my quarter panel, but everyone seemed to be buzzing about and quite busy! I didn't have time myself to stay, so I gave my compliments and had to get going.

That's alright we will meet up some time or another. Glad to hear you found time to finally get the panel. When it comes in you should try to bring it up here and we'll try to pop it on.

If you didn't already know, it requires taking the sideskirts off and then the whole rear end. After that, you separate the panel from the rest of it and swap it out and put everything back. That'll be fun...Two people would make the whole thing a bit easier. I've got the walkthroughs on my laptop to help if it's battery doesn't die first..

I dunno how long that will take at all. The weekend is my best bet if there are no surprises. I've got the tools to take care of it, except a tack removal tool to get those plastic rivets out of the end of the skirt on the back wheel well.. I hope an old fashoned flat head will get those out.
Did Jamie okay us doing all that? I don't wanna disturb ya if customers come running about. Then again, they may enjoy the show.... then we can just tell them Some assembly may be required of their smart

(I Thought) Jamie wouldn't mind as long as it's not too busy.
