I am sorry I did not get a chance to visit the center on Saturday. Got tied up at the car show and went to Hooters and before I knew it, the time had slipped by. There is plenty of time on my part so I'll be down later on, probably in March. I fell in love with the Bentley Convertable at the show. WOW factor. Way out of my pocket book, but a beautiful car non-the less. See ya soon!!

What A GREAT Experience

We just took home our Fortwo Carbio. Our experience with the Smart Center of Orange Park was exceptional. Despite not having our paperwork from Smart originally everyone at the dealership was great. Alex, Rich and even Randy were the best set of guys my wife and I have delt with in any automotive experience we have had. They know the product and are quick to answer any and all questions. It was well worth the trip from Charleston SC. If it wasn't 4 hrs away I would have all of the our service performed there. I can only hope our local dealer is as knowledgable and professional as this dealer. Highly recommended !!!!

I was shocked to hear that people have been getting good response times from their e-mails. I realize that this is a new company and understand that it may take some time to get responses back. The first response I got back was almost a month after I sent the e-mail. The response seemed very cookie cutter and answered nothing I was asking. I sent a second e-mail and over a week has gone by with no responses. I am not sure of this dealerships seriousness about selling their vehicles because this sort of service seems appalling. I love the look and idea of the smart, but with this sort of service already showing it is scary to think of the service that would be found down the road. From experience things only get worse…they never get better.

I am less than thrilled on how the Jacksonville dealership is functioning. I try to call my salesperson only to find out that the person is on vacation. I am sick and tired of waiting for them to get their act together. I call and leave messages but no one has the courtesy of calling me back.

It's been over one year now that I placed my reservation and no answer when my car will arrive. I have never had this happen to me before with any other dealer especially one that sells German cars.

I have lost count of how many placed their oder after I did and they have their cars.
