In my younger days I rode year-round through Pennsylvania winters. The hardest items to keep warm are the hands, feet and knees. Yes knees, the bent knee pushes against and compresses any insulating gear one may be wearing.

I found a pair of Hippohands helped for the hands... a three finger heavily insulated glove... I see they still make hand warmers, but now they are a completely different style and attach to the bike.

Nowadays one can used electrically heated grips... but I doubt the electrical system on your Ruckus will power them.

A large fairing will help to keep the wind off... but I can't see it on the Ruckus!
