ArthurRW Good News! The website for this year's OTD is almost up. Look closely, we will not be staying at Fontana this year, instead we're at Deer Ridge Resort, Gatlinburg, Tn.

MB DNA For fellow "Friends of The Dragon," here is a very sobering video from October 15, 2016, Mile Marker 4.

What an ordeal for a very lucky bike rider!

Jennifer and I will not be organizing or attending next year due to our Alaska cruise. Only so much vacation days to go around. We also needed a break after being involved at some level of planning for the last 8 years of the event.

That said, there most likely will be an event next year but nothing has been confirmed.

I would strongly suggest you join the OTD facebook group if possible. That's where all the information is released and discussed. About 95% of the event attendees are not on this forum.

Probably not... nothing in stone but it appears the begging and pleading may have paid off.

The actual count was around 35 total... there were many this year that only attended Friday or Saturday or Saturday after the photo was taken. I can think of atleast 3 453's that weren't in this picture.

wrumbarger For anyone who missed this year's "Last" OTD, there is a rumor that OTD will continue (at least for 2018)?

Our family strongly believes in "shelter / rescue animals" (mostly dogs). Any dog we ever had was a shelter or rescue.. At this moment we have two; a standard size long-hair dachshund and a puggle.

jsenka There were two more 451s that weren't in the group photo.
