ZacMatic Thanks for the info! I wonder if it would be worth mounting a dashcam in the rear to catch jerks like that....

MikeB1 Hi, ZacMatic - I have a 2009 Black ForTwo, and just replaced the tailgate panel with a fresh one from the dealer. The car was never garaged until recently, and I can detect no difference or fading of the original panels compared to the new one. I want to replace the center bumper cover for the same reason as you. In fact, the reason I replaced the tailgate panel was because some jack hole with a monster truck pushed his license plate screws into it. Did he leave a note? Oh, no, not him! Anyway, it looks great now.

Single panel replacement question

The rear bumper cover of my 2016 fortwo has some gouges in it from parking lot mishaps, so I'd like to replace it at some point. If I buy a new black bumper cover, will the color match the existing black panels, or should I get a primed panel and have it painted?
