Well, you have cleared the codes, might also try a battery disconnect and reconnect. Not sure how long to leave it in disconnect, maybe overnight?
But I would wait to see if the codes return first.

But do find out what the codes are for and go...

Really hard to determine with out actually being there... but I would start with fuel. Possibly some bad gas, or a fuel blockage. Also, check the air cleaner, is it clogged.
Look at the spark plug...

What is normal engine Temp?

I have a scan gage on the car, and I usually have coolant temp as one of the things I monitor.
Temp will go up to about 190 to 200, and seems happy there. If idling for a while, I hear the radiator...

Remove and clean/lube the gear shift motors and clutch actuator. The motors are a pain, as the air box is in the way.
Once removed, you will not want to put it back in... see pic for my solution....

Also changed the tranny fluid, with Redline MT90. Can not wait to take it...

I do see what looks to be a rivet in the upper surface, behind where the adjustment screw is... does that need to be drilled...

I am looking to purchase some new headlights for my 09 451, not because I am passionate about them... its they simply suck!
Adjusting is not easy, as the driver side Hi beam goes...
