I got more pics to post regarding the step by step how to for the do-it-your-self smart owner but need to sort the out in order with text and tools needed to complete the repair , no parts need is all cleaning and lubricacation what a nightmare a cup of Java can do! Lol....

I will be doing all the repairs on my Smart as issues start coming up!

When this happens you might not be able to remove ignition key out of the ignition and the P for parking won't light up on the display panel!
