Has anyone put the 15” oem rear wheels to the front and put 17”x6.5 wheels with 225/45R17 tires in the rear on the 451? If so, how does the drive feel? What else I need to buy if I want to upgrade my wheel from 15” to 17”? Thank you in advance

When I bought my pre-owned 2013 Brabus, that is how it came. 15's up front and the wider 17's in the back. Others can chime in here, but that's how it supposed to be.

The outside diameter of 225/45R17 is 634.3mm

The outside diameter of 175/55R15 is 573.5mm

The outside diameter of 225/45R17 is therefore 10.6% bigger than 175/55R15 which is far too much.

Also, if you look at the following Toyo tires link you will see that 6.5J is too narrow for 225/45R17 tires.

Mine is a passion, so the front and rear wheels are 15”.
Sorry my my confusion, I mean can we put 175/55R15 to the front and 215/35R17 to the rear

The US spec Brabus came with 215/35-17 tires on the rear from the factory. The stock rear wheels were 7.5x17. The 175/55-15 tires you asked about were the stock Brabus size on a 5.5x15 wheel on the front. I have the 17" wheels on all four corners of my Brabus with no isues at all.

Max tire width for a 6.5" wide wheel is 215.

Whatever tire size you choose, make sure that the front and rear tires equal the same diameter.

That is the stock rear tire size for the Euro Brabus. It is mounted on the same 7.5x17 wheel as the US spec Brabus. The 215/35-17 tire is getting very hard to find any more. I will have to go to the 225 size when I replace mine.
