So I recently got my Smart car about a month ago and discovered that it still has The original continental tires all the way around it is a 2009 and we are in 2017 one of them is dry rotted and another has a busted belt and a bald spot. My question is with a 185 60 15 fit on the front original rim . Sorry that sounds like a stupid question but being new to this it seems I read somewhere that you had to buy for rear rims in order to put this size all the way around any input would be appreciated.

Those actually aren't factory wheels. US spec 2009s only had two wheel options: 9 spoke (passion) or steel (pure).

It appears you have Genius Newton aftermarket wheels. The previous owner just put the smart wheel caps on them.

Assuming they're 15s, yes they'll fit your 185-60-15 size just fine. :)
