I bought a 2006 Sentra when my previous car's engine failed six months prior to delivery of my smart in 2008. Kinda overbought in what was intended to be stop-gap transportation. After I got my smart I sold the Sentra to my mother. That should tell you I had confidence in it. Now, it's 11 years old and still going strong. And it hasn't been babied, sorry to say. Good, reliable, inexpensive basic transportation. Plain vanilla boring, yeah, but that's what some people like. And it still gets 28 MPG in city driving.
