Can anyone tell me exactly where is the turn signal flasher is on my 2005 Smart (450) Passion For Two?

As for where the flasher is, I'm not sure I understand the question.

Someone on this other forum. Says the turn signal relay. Is soldered into the SAM module. I think most new cars are like that now. Especially some cars, the vehicle informs you when one of your bulbs are burn out. Not sure about a old 450 smart.

oh. oh... uh-oh. that's not exactly what I wanted to find out but hey,

any brave soul around here tried replacing it?

I haven't opened my SAM as yet but I'm willing to give it a go to replace the signal relay with a "better" one and not need all the CANBUS gear for LEDs.
