2008 Passion rear window lock problem

I figured out why my doors wouldn't lock because the rear window latch won't catch unless you push the glass in . The doors will lock but the glass won't , has anyone had this problem and does anyone know of a Smart Car parts center where I can buy a new latch ... Thanks !!
