If I remember correctly it's fuse 11, disables both ABS and traction control at the same time.
If you're just looking to play around, you can press and hold both dash buttons while starting to temprarily disable it too, should default back to on once the car is turned off.

Two options:

1. Button trick - With ignition OFF, hit both of the speedometer buttons at the exact same time. Switch on the ignition. If you did it right, the ESP light (triangle or swerving car icon) will begin flashing. If you did it wrong, you will either clear your trip or the clock will begin flashing. Restart the car to reactivate the systems

2. Fuse 11 - The SAM unit is labeled with fuse numbers. Pull Fuse 11, it'll have the same impact as the button trick above except everything is disabled until you put the fuse back in and restart the car.

What is disabled? Hill Start Assist, Creep Mode (North American models), Traction Control, Stability Control, and ABS.
