You can jack up the car and connect the red positive cable to the battery terminal of the starter and the ground clip to a ground spot on the engine. It's not easy to get at the starter positive terminal but it may be your only solution. You could use a jump battery pack if you have one or even a battery charger. Either should allow you to charge the battery enough to allow the electric locks to function. If it happens that your only key is locked inside the car you're gonna have to get a stiff piece of wire and run it through the rubber at the edge of the door window and work on bending it enough to hit the unlock button in the button bank on the center of the dash.
