Has anyone replaced the washer motor on the 2008 cabriolet SmartForTwo? Does it pop out or do you need to remove the reservoir?

It’s just pressure fitted a long nipple goes through a rubber grommet

I thought my pump was bad... motor would spin but no water on the windscreen.... turns out it was the rubber tube to the nozzles was
crimped. Be careful when reinstalling the (let me get this right) bonnet, hood, flap, cowling, cover, plastic thingy.... !
