2012 dashboard instrument cluster dead

Looking for information from anyone that has had their instrument cluster go completely dead. Car starts and runs but no speedometer no turn signals no idiot lights at all.
Fuse is good, unplugged and re-plugged all with no luck. Any experience with this and how was it handled??
