Well, it took a few weeks partly due to weather, and bad blinker relays (~$400 fix at Mercedes of Westminster) but I finally picked up a 2013 Cabrio w/ ~23k miles. Carfax showed as one owner, and a Colorado car its whole life, with all services done at Mercedes of Westminster, with the latest one being the 30k service @ 21k miles.
It seems to have been taken care of very well.
It already has:
Single outlet exhaust.
SILA CAI that is really dirty....
LED lights on both sides of the inside of the trunk
LED lower driving lights
Some sort of IPhone/Ipod integrated docking system (was that an option??)
And some unusual 3 spoke wheels. Anyone know where they may have come from?

It seems to have been pretty specifically speced out by the previous owner, with the black/red interior, and burgundy top. The center exhaust sounds pretty good, especially for a 1k 3 banger! Paddle shift is nice too...my last car had paddle shift also, but quite a lot more HP.

I will be taking it to Smartmadness / Austin soon to have cruise control added, lowering springs, and new induction tube, as I understand it will help keep the filter cleaner.

Photos attached of the burgundy top, next to the neighbors Hummer w/ similar paint. (pretty interesting contrast in size!)

I appreciate all of the help you all have already given me answering questions.

Nice find. The wheels would be from the style package and are wider than the OEM 9 spoke wheels. Should also have included the gauge pods, DRLs, ambient lighting (if I’m not mistaken) and heated seats.

This is my 2013 passion and my 2014 ED.

Thanks for the information about the wheels. Good to know that they are a factory option. I have everything else you mentioned, but what is "ambient lighting?"

It is led lighting under the dash, in the dash cubbies, the door pockets and a single led light shining down by dome light.

And a pic of the cubby (and door pocket if you look closely)lit up with ambient lighting:
