Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there are maybe ten or so brand new 2015's left out there that can be had for less, taking into consideration the $7500 federal tax credit. More bad news - over half of those left over 2015's are in NJ, not too far from you.

Actually Len, perhaps half the folks in the country are not fortunate enough to be paying more than $7500 in federal tax, and thus they would be more interested in having a lower price than in having the tax credit. Moreover, this car is essentially brand new; hardly driven at all.

Just pointing out what's out there for the taking. Even if you are correct, then that also means that half the potential buyers might opt for the brand new car with a full factory warranty. I agree, though - sure sounds like a nice example.

Just noticed - price lowered. That makes it more enticing to a potential buyer - good luck.

Thanks for the heads-up. When I purchased it I had planned on keeping it for at least several years. However... things changed.

I wasn't able to find cheap left overs, so I'm obviously not looking in the right places when I was considering my asking price. Obviously I'd like as much as possible, but know it won't sell until it's a fair price.

$7500 or less AFTER the federal tax credit. Mercedes of Cherry Hill has two - I would definitely ask for Carrie Godfrey there. Mention the 2014 cabriolet she sold me a month ago and I bet she will give you a nice price. Ray Cantena Mercedes is the other dealership and they have five or six.

Thanks everyone for pointing things out. I'm not as well informed as maybe I should be. I'm a bit of a car enthusiast but not so much car salesman. Plus there are some unique things about this car I wasn't aware of when I bought it (BAP), bad on my part for not researching more. And hence, I didn't get a great deal. Although that didn't bother me much then, because I planned on keeping it for years, but now that I'm looking to sell, it becomes more apparent.
