2016 Smart fortwo 453 Prime, Vibration while driving 25-30 mph, when accelerating stops Vibration

Hello Friends, 2016 Smart fortwo 453 Prime I just would like to check if any of you experiencing any Vibration whole Car while driving, recently changes all 3 Motor mounts, changed Transmission Oil, replaced new tires balancing all 4 tires twice, but still same. Vibrating when driving 25-30 mph, when accelerating stops Vibration

While its never happened to me i have read/heard occasionally new tyres can be faulty causing imbalance.

what has happened to me before with a different car is the shop i got new tyres from had a balancing machine that was mis-calibrated. After 2 tries had to take it elsewhere for balancing which solved the issue.
