By the time I return from Mexico in a few days... about 31.8k miles.

Silver on silver, black fabric top. Blue and white interior (Proxy). See pictures.

Brand new OEM battery in January.
Brakes and tires have <5k miles.
OEM Continentals replaced with 195/45R-16 Vredestein Quatrac 5 XLs all around.
OEM radio replaced with Jensen touchscreen unit. No dash cutting. Definitely a step up from the stock head unit, but I could have done better.
Aftermarket leather armrest

Everything works. AC freezes me out sometimes, even in the Mexico desert. A pesky maintenance reminder needs to be cleared. The previous owner apparently did not consult the recommended service intervals.

Hood shows 3-4 minor contact points from gravel and such. At 32k miles, whose doesn't? Again, see pictures. I'm picky about the appearance of my vehicles.

Accident by prior owner. I tracked down the MB dealership that did the repair and was told it was modest cosmetic repair only; frame n-o-t affected. No way I would not have purchased the vehicle if the frame was in question in the least.

Can't find another ICE cabriolet on any of the major sales sites. NOT ONE. Cabs have definitely become non-existent, it seems.

Vehicle (soon) in San Diego area.

$11,750. USD, not pesos. 😉

As with many, COVID has affected my life tremendously. Lost my job in 2020 and just haven't the energy or will to wade back into the job market. Now retired and living solely (gulp) on Social Security. Just can't afford a vehicle anymore. Based on where I might relocate, I may not want one.

As much as I love my Smart... 😔😔

Thanks for reading.

If you are going from Florida to California, and planning to live on Social Security alone, I hope your SS check is a lot bigger than mine. I have lived in Florida since 1966 and the cost of living in far less than California. Good luck in your car sale. It is very pretty.

No, there’s more: Handling package - lowered sport suspension and larger tires. No engine performance upgrades in the U.S. but you could ad your own.
Thanks...I wasn't 100% sure... I was not aware you could get the Proxy with different color body panels... Mine is the "moon-glow." I bought mine last January....Seller has a GREAT price!

I’ll start the bidding at 9,000 US dollars lol…
TOS - not an auction!

You may make an offer (preferably PM) which the seller may accept or reject.

“Calling dibs means absolutely nothing. Who gets the item is the seller's discretion as long as they are not running an auction-style sale.”

Oops yes well aware it’s not an auction! Was jokingly and light heartedly throwing in a lower but serious offer. I know we don’t do auctions. My bad!

Haha Been visiting Baja so SD seemed a logical place from which to sell. Noooo way I could retire in Cali, unless I somehow had gratis housing. Especially since I opted for SS as soon as became eligible.
