THANK YOU E V E R Y B O D Y !!!!!! I BOUGHT MY SMART !!


I used the CARS.COM ALERTS, it sent me an email every day with new smart car listings. (It really worked well, I called the dealer within hours of it being posted, they never even had an opportunity to post photos of the car in their ad)

I found a 2017 Proxy Cabrio, Moon Pearl White Matte finish, white tridion cell. White with bright blue interior, black top. It is loaded with the sport suspension package, JBL speaker system etc.

It only had 2,400 actual miles on it Saturday when I picked it up and has 3 years of it's warranty left too.
I flew up to Virginia and drove it home last weekend.

I L O V E this car !!!!!

I am looking to buy a 2017 Cabriolet gasoline power (NOT an Electric Drive), OR a 2016-2017 Brabus Coupe (or Cabrio). I am seeking a clean, never wrecked example. I will be buying a vehicle in the next week or so, so please contact me if you know of one for sale, or if you have one for sale. I can fly in and drive home, or have it shipped, so location is not an issue. It's good to see back on the forum!! I was afraid you had gone over to the dark side. Kinda hard to get the Brabus out of your system, I guess.

Yes, I do miss my 09 Brabus Cabrio. I am very impressed with the 453.
I REALLY want a Cabrio, with the handling package and paddle shifters.
A Brabus Cabrio would be the ultimate !
A Cabrio without paddle shifters would be my 2nd choice.
A Brabus coupe, or a Coupe with paddle shifters (like an Edition One) would be my 3rd choice.

Only 19 Brabus cabrios were ever available as 453 models for the U.S. 75 coupes. If you magically found one, you won't regret your purchase. They are really fast and powerful, definitely some sneaky tuning upgrades by MB/smart/Brabus.



Otherwise, grab whatever 453 you like the most and consult with Madness for tuning options if you want it to run faster. :nerd:

Haha, U couldn't keep away from Smarts, just to let you know, your '09 Brabus is doing great, I did a few mods myself to the engine and it is running strong, just turned 79,000 miles and averaging 41 mpg.

I drove the paddle shift and ended up with the 5 speed , no regrets . Grab whatever 453 you can find and mod it . Sure are plenty of options out there .
