I have a used 2018 smartcar for two, hardtop. The driver side window bounces back when I try to close it. If I open the door, (therefore the window is only touching the side rails), the window does not bounce back. I have tried resetting the window stop as the owner's manual states, I've tried oil near the top of the window and in its top gasket. I can't feel anything out of place. But it appears like the window is hitting something as it closes and bouncing back. Again, when the door is open, there is nothing to hit the window at the top and it goes all the way up!
